FOX Newsmen Released

JERUSALEM - Two kidnapped Fox News journalists said they'd converted to Islam as part of an arrangement that won their freedom from their abductors Sunday, but their commitment was short-lived, with one of the journalists explaining after their release that they'd been forced to make the statement at gunpoint.
"They had the guns and we didn't know what the hell was going on," correspondent Steve Centanni said during a phone interview Fox broadcast soon after his release.
Whether their captors truly believed Centanni, 60, an American, and cameraman Olaf Wiig, 36, of New Zealand, had converted was, of course, unknowable. Islam does not acknowledge conversion against the will of the convert, experts said.

Sweet. Where do I sign up for this Religion of Peace? All I want is to be able to get onto a Chimpy McHitlerburton never told me this whole war on terror could be avoided if I just converted?
